Help with the app

Many common questions are answered on the Support page and in the How-To Guides. If yours isn't, email us and say whether you're on iPhone or Android.

Bug reports and feature requests

In the app, Settings → Send Feedback opens your email app already addressed. A screenshot and a line about what you were doing help a lot.

Shot timer makers and partnerships

If you make a Bluetooth shot timer and want it supported, or have a partnership in mind, email us with "Partnership" in the subject.

Privacy and your data

See the Privacy Policy for what the app stores. To have timer reports deleted, email us with your install ID.
